A collection of scrapbooks, photographs, correspondence, vital records, notebooks, and digital files on USB with genealogies and photographs from the Brownscombe family, circa 1896-1985. A large portion of the collection is writings of Santa Rosan Jessie M. Brownscombe, including poems, childhood stories, school work, bird song, and letters. Documentation for select family members: Eugene Mills, Ermina "Minni" Cheeker [sic] Milligan, Malcom Mackenzie, Mary McPherson and son "Uncle Mac," Thomas Brownscombe, Elizabeth Joslin, the Fairchild family, James Milligan, Jessie Bell Mills. Ralph Brownscombe and Lelia (Dorr) Brownscombe were the primary collectors, their son Richard Brownscombe completed the genealogies via the Reunion software.
