Abstract

Collection contains environmental and design documents, newspaper articles, letters to the editor and other materials pertaining to a proposed drugstore and bank project to be located on the 2.45 acre site of the former Pellini Chevrolet at 6877 Sebastopol Avenue (corner of Sebastopol Avenue and Petaluma Avenue). Project would replace existing buildings and Barnes Avenue, an alley-like public thoroughfare, which separates two parcels of the project is proposed to be abandoned by the City of Sebastopol. An Alcohol Use Permit and Design Review approval are required. The City of Sebastopol Planning Department identifies no potentially significant impacts to traffic and greehouse gas air quality which cannot addressed by mitigation measures.
