Submittal packet includes: Sebastopol Planning Dept. staff report (File no. 2008-034; dated August 12, 2008); set of 8 technical drawings (Project information, site plan -- Surveyor site plan -- First floor plan -- Second floor plan -- Third floor plan -- Exterior elevations, trash bin enclosure elevations -- Exterior elevations -- Planting plan (dated November 2004)). The collection also includes approved minutes of the Design Review Board's meeting for September 8, 2008 and staff report for the Board's meeting of February 4, 2009.

130 Petaluma Avenue
Original building constructed in 1978 as a one-and-a-half story office building. The remodel included expansion of the existing partial second story and the construction of a partial third story; the building was to named for the owner, Craig Boblitt . The City of Sebastopol's Design Review Board reviewed the application and approved it on September 3, 2008. The Board approved minor revisions on February 9, 2009. Construction was completed in 2010.
