Main title originally in inventory spreadsheet: "Land use issues/hearing -- Syar Instream Mining Project, PLP 08-0116; final environmental impact report." This is identical to Item Contents field. Replaced with Series Name. Changed "hearing" to "hearings" in Items Contents field, from Description of Records on DoG; otherwise Description of Records on DoG and Item Contents originally in inventory spreadsheet were identical.
