Set description: Minutes of meetings of Board of Supervisors to consider road matters, Vols. 9-14. Vol. 9 includes orders to draw warrants on Road District Fund, examination of monthly reports of Road Commissioners, acceptance of deeds for public roads, acceptance of certified plat maps, fixing times for public hearings, approvals of contracts, appointment of road viewers. Vol. 14 includes rates for toll roads, abandonment or reopening of roads, rental of construction equipment, acquisition of property for highways; matters of Lighting Districts, Hospital Fund, agricultural meets; claims on funds including Road Fund, General Fund, Hospital Fund and Lighting District Fund. Record shows "aye" and "no" votes of Supervisors on resolutions. Formerly titled Road Book--Board of Supervisors (no. 567)).
